When it shows up

After sending data to SES Hospedajes, you may get notices of:
  • Generic submission errors: the Ministry reports that some data is invalid (ID format, date, guest ID, etc.).
  • Unrecognised postal code: the platform returns a specific postal code error, even when the postal code is valid.

What to do

Contact support with:
  • Affected property
  • Exact error message SES Hospedajes returned
  • Booking references or guest IDs involved (if you have them)
  • Screenshot of the notice, if you have it
We review the submission from our side: in some cases the guest data needs fixing, in others we update the postal code master or adjust the connection.

Common cases

If the ID has non-standard characters or is missing the letter, the send may fail. Check the guest record on the affected reservation. If the data is correct but still fails, contact support.
Some new or reassigned postal codes weren’t in the initial master list. When you report it, we update the master and the send is accepted again.
If errors affect many reservations in a row, there’s a deeper issue (configuration, SES connection). Send us the list and we review them in batch.

When to contact support

Always. SES Hospedajes submission errors aren’t resolved from the Roomdoo app — they need review on our side.
Don’t upload invented or manually modified data to make the submission pass. The declaration to SES Hospedajes is legally binding, and incorrect data can trigger penalties.
