No access to the Wubook panel
If you can’t sign into your Wubook panel (lost credentials, old phone number on verification, locked account), contact support.
Send us:
- Affected property
- Email you used to sign in (if you know it)
- Current phone where you want to receive verifications
We reset the access details and confirm when you can sign in again.
Rooms not showing up or showing wrong prices
If on Booking, Hostelworld, or other OTAs you see missing room types or prices that don’t match what’s configured in Roomdoo, the Wubook ↔ Roomdoo mapping is incomplete or broken.
Contact support with:
- Affected property
- Which room types are missing or wrong
- Which channel shows the issue (Booking, Expedia, Hostelworld, etc.)
We review the mapping, fix it, and trigger an update so it reaches the OTAs. The change shows up within minutes.
Force a full synchronisation
If you suspect something isn’t synced correctly between Roomdoo and Wubook (prices, availability, restrictions), you can ask us for a full sync.
Contact support with:
- Affected property
- Why you’re requesting it (if there’s a specific reason — e.g. “many prices were updated and we want to make sure they all reach the OTAs”)
We launch the full sync. The process can take 10-15 minutes. We confirm when it’s done.
Always. Wubook access, mappings, and forced syncs are done from our side, not from the Roomdoo app.
Don’t edit mappings directly in the Wubook panel if you’re not sure what each field does. A wrong mapping can break the sync with several OTAs at once.
