SES Hospedajes: setup

1. Activate the Web Service (WS) communications in SES Hospedajes

What is this step for?

​

Activate sending via web service (WS)

1. Inside “Entidades” (Entities), choose “Activar en nombre de la entidad que figura en el certificado” (Activate on behalf of the entity in the certificate).
2. Find “Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web” (Send communications via web service).
3. Tick the corresponding box
4. By ticking this option, you’re telling the system that:
   • Communications will go via web services.
   • A WS user can then be created.
   • Connection from a PMS or external software will be enabled.
5. Click SAVE.

2. Get the Entity Code

1. In the main menu, open the 4th section “Servicios de comunicación” (Communication services).
2. Find the “entidad” field and copy the numeric code that appears before the entity name.
3. Save this code.

3. Get the Establishment Code

1. Open the 3rd section “Mis datos registrados” (My registered details).
2. In the establishment data, find the establishment code.
3. Save this value.

4. Get the User (ends in WS)

1. Open the 4th section “Servicio de comunicación” (Communication service).
2. Identify the user whose name ends in “WS”.
3. Copy the user name exactly (ending in WS).

5. Set and get the WS user password

1. Inside the “Servicio de comunicación” section.
2. Click “Cambiar contraseña” (Change password).
3. Set a new password.
4. Save the changes.
5. Note this password down.
