Current status

There used to be an intermittent error on some mobile models when signing during check-in: the signature was drawn on screen but didn’t save to the system. This error is now fixed. The new signature components work with virtually all common mobile models and browsers.

If it shows up again

If in a specific case the signature still doesn’t save, contact support with:
  • Phone brand and model
  • Browser and version
  • Booking reference
That helps us spot regressions on specific models.
