Steps to gather the Redsys payment gateway connection details

To set up the payment gateway correctly, we need these four pieces of data:
  • Merchant number
  • Terminal
  • Merchant name
  • SHA-256 signature key
Here’s how to find them on the Redsys portal.

1. Open the portal

Open the Redsys portal and sign in with your username and password for the live environment.

2. Find the merchant details

Once inside the portal:
  1. In the left side menu, choose the “Administration” module.

  1. Inside that module, click on “Merchant configuration”.

In that section you’ll see:
  1. Merchant number
  2. Terminal
  3. Merchant name

Important:
For these three pieces of data, we need a full screenshot where they’re clearly visible.

3. Get the SHA-256 signature key

To get the signature key:
  1. Still in the same section, click “View signature key”.

  1. The system asks for your Redsys portal password again.

  1. Enter the password to display the key.

Very important:
  • In this case, no screenshot is needed.
  • You should copy the SHA-256 signature key and paste it directly into the email you send us along with the rest of the data.

Sending the information

Once you’ve gathered:
  • Screenshot with Merchant number, Terminal, and Merchant name.
  • SHA-256 signature key copied as text.

Final step

Send everything to us by email so we can complete the setup.
