You can change your account password whenever you want from your user menu, without contacting support.
Each person should sign in with their own account. If you share a single user at the front desk, ask us for one per person: that way it’s recorded who makes each change and when. We handle it from User management and permissions.

Change your password

Open your user settings

In the top-right, click your avatar and open Settings.

Go to the Security and Access tab

Inside Settings, open the Security and Access tab.

Open the Password section

Expand the Password block and click Change password.

Fill in the three fields

  • Current password — the one you use now.
  • New password — the one you want from now on.
  • Repeat password — type the new one again to confirm.

Confirm the change

Click Change. We’ll ask you to confirm before applying it.
Changing your password logs you out automatically. Sign back in with your new password.

Requirements

  • All three fields are required.
  • The new password and its repetition must match.
  • The current password must be correct. If it isn’t, Roomdoo tells you it’s invalid and doesn’t apply the change.

If you’ve forgotten your password

If you can’t sign in because you don’t remember it, you don’t need to know it to set a new one:

Click 'Forgot your password?' on the login screen

On the sign-in screen, below the form, click Forgot your password?.

Enter your email

Type your account email and click Send reset password request. We’ll send you an email with a link to set a new password.

Email not arriving?

Check your spam folder. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support and we’ll reset your access.

When to contact support

  • You forgot your password and the reset email doesn’t arrive.
  • Your account is blocked or disabled.
  • You need a new user for someone else on your team: we create it, just write to soporte@roomdoo.com.
