What the problem looks like
When you send a payment link to a guest (usually via Phone & Sell), it should open the payment page directly. If instead they see an unexpected register screen, a page not found error or an expired-link message, the link isn’t working and we need to look into it.
What to do
Contact support with:
- Booking reference
- Amount to charge
- If the customer saw a specific message (screenshot if they have one)
We regenerate the link and, if the cause was a broken configuration, leave it fixed for future reservations.
While you wait for the regeneration, ask the customer to try the link in Chrome or Safari in normal mode (not incognito). That often resolves access on the spot.
