When it shows up

When trying to create a large group (for example, 23 doubles + 2 singles + 1 triple), the system can:
  • Hang indefinitely and eventually time out
  • Show a generic error
  • Create the group with fewer rooms than indicated
  • Close the modal without saving
It’s a performance issue when many simultaneous rooms are requested.

Before contacting support, try

Refresh the page and start over

Sometimes the flow gets stuck on an intermediate state. Reloading and starting again resolves it.

Create the group in smaller chunks

If the group is very large, build it in two or three steps:
  • First, the first 10 rooms (all the same type)
  • Then, add the rest from the group detail with “Add line”
Less elegant but usually works and leaves a clean group.

Send us the data of the group to create and we’ll build it directly.

What to send when contacting support

To create a large group from support, we need:
  • Receiving customer/agency for invoicing
  • Dates (check-in and check-out)
  • Room list by type (e.g. 23 standard double + 2 singles + 1 triple)
  • Rate to apply
  • Board plan (room only, B&B, etc.)
  • Additional services if any (cots, extra beds, etc.)
  • Main guest email if a confirmation needs to be sent
With that we leave the group created in minutes.

When to contact support

  • The system doesn’t respond or errors out after two attempts.
  • The group was partially created and you can’t add the missing rooms.
  • You need to manage many groups and prefer to save time.
Don’t create several loose individual reservations to “make up for” the group that won’t go through. Individual reservations aren’t linked as a group, which complicates combined invoicing and the collective check-in tracking.
