What the pre-arrival email is

The pre-arrival email is the automatic notice guests receive before their check-in with arrival instructions, pre check-in link, and other useful data.

How to change the time or content

These settings live at property level and are adjusted from our side. Contact support with:
  • Affected property
  • At what time you want it sent (for example, “the day before at 18:00” or “the same day of arrival at 9:00”)
  • If you want to change the content of the email, tell us what text to add or remove
We apply the change and confirm when it’s live. It applies to all future reservations.

When to contact support

Always when you need to adjust the time or content of the pre-arrival email.
Don’t try to simulate the notification manually from your own inbox instead of the automatic email. The send trace lives in Roomdoo and, if it’s manual, the record of who received what and when is lost.
