Before contacting support

These errors are handled case by case. So we can diagnose quickly, gather:
  • Screenshot(s) of the list or view with the problem
  • Exact steps to reproduce it: where to click, which filters to apply, etc.
  • When it started (after an update? always?)
  • Whether it affects every user or only one person
The more specific the detail, the faster we resolve it.

What to do

Contact support with the information above. If we confirm it’s a reproducible bug, we open a ticket with the technical team.

When to contact support

Whenever you see:
  • A list with empty rows or columns that used to have data.
  • Format errors (cut text, wrong dates, incorrect amounts).
  • Missing data in a view that used to show it.
If the problem disappears when you refresh the page, it was a one-off loading glitch. If it comes back after a while, then it’s worth reviewing — send us the screenshots.
