To waive a cancellation penalty, there’s now a Remove penalty button on the cancelled reservation’s Details tab.

Key points

  • The board is the meals included; additional services are the other extras. Both are added on the Services tab.
  • To change a service’s price, use its three-dots menu → Edit service.
  • The price of the nights is adjusted on the Price tab → Adjust prices.
  • New services and boards in the catalogue are set up by support.
