When cancelling, the penalty isn’t always the first night, as in the video’s example: Roomdoo calculates it with the cancellation policy of the reservation’s rate.
Key points
- A folio groups one or more reservations (rooms). Payments, invoices and messages belong to the folio; services and guests, to each reservation.
- To cancel one room, use the three-dots menu on its card; to cancel the whole folio, the white three dots in the header.
- With Add rooms you add rooms to the same folio.
- The Public link button opens the link you can send to the guest for pre check-in and payment.
