Key points

• Check-in is done on the reservation’s Guests tab: Start check-in and Start check-in again in the wizard.
• You can enter the details with the wizard, by scanning the document, by finding a returning guest or with the classic form.
• If the guest already did the pre check-in, you only need to click Mark arrival.
• On the departure day, check-out is done with Check-out.
