You can now protect your Roomdoo account with two-factor authentication (2FA). On top of your password, we’ll ask for a 6-digit code generated by an app on your phone when you log in. If someone gets hold of your password, for example through a phishing email, they won’t be able to sign in without that code.

Turn it on in two minutes

  1. Install an authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Bitwarden.
  2. In Roomdoo, click your name and open Settings → Security and Access. Turn on 2-factor authentication and confirm your password.
  3. Scan the QR code with the app and type the code it shows you.

Remember this device

When you log in you can tick Remember this device and we won’t ask for the code in that browser for about 90 days. On a shared computer, like the one at the front desk, only the last user who ticked the box is remembered. See the step-by-step guide →
