Each entry is a summary — click **See detail** when available to read the full update. ## Invoicing: expandable payments and an Excel for your accountant [ Roomdoo's new invoicing list](/en/changelog/new-invoicing-list) The **Invoicing** list takes a leap: see the **payment state** of every invoice, **expand the payments** of each one, **filter by quarter and year** with more powerful search, and export a **far more complete Excel for your accountant** —with the payments list already aggregated inside the file—. And, overall, it runs faster. See detail → ## Roomdoo now speaks 7 languages, and more from May Language selector in Roomdoo's login The biggest change of the month: on top of **Spanish** and **English**, we add **Galician, Catalan, Portuguese, French and German**. Five new languages at once — an important step so every team can work in its own language and to open Roomdoo to more markets. Each user picks their language from their profile, and the app tries to detect it automatically from the browser. See [User language](/en/settings/user-language). **More from May:** * **Multi-currency support** — we keep expanding the currencies Roomdoo works with (this time, the Kenyan shilling) and refined how it looks on mobile. * **Smoother check-in** — pre check-in now accounts for the number of children, sharing the link with the guest is more reliable, and we fixed errors to make the flow more solid. * **More robust auto-invoicing** — fixes on invoice date, journal selection and draft handling. * **Housekeeping** — per-room cleaning-status tracking and a configurable housekeeping mode per property. * **Housekeeping report** — the daily Excel now includes adults and children columns. * **Stability & fixes** — performance improvements and assorted day-to-day fixes. ## Reservations: filter, export, close the day [ Roomdoo's new reservations list](/en/changelog/new-reservations-list) New **Reservations** section: all your operations as a list. Until now the planning was your only way to see the day; now you can **filter**, **search** and **export to Excel or PDF** any reservation in seconds, review your data as a table and **jump to the planning in one click**. A far more powerful way to prep the shift and close the day. See detail → ## BookAI is live BookAI is Roomdoo's AI We launch **BookAI**, Roomdoo's AI that centralises every hotel conversation into a single chat and automates much of the daily comms with configurable templates. More at [bookai.roomdoo.com](https://bookai.roomdoo.com). ## 2026 refactor: contacts, menu and login 2026 refactor — Roomdoo new login The **progressive refactor of the whole app** kicks off to gain reliability and stability. First areas on the new architecture: contact management (lists with tabs and filters, richer form), revamped main menu, and a new login ready for multi-language support. ## Community-requested features Community-requested improvements in Roomdoo A bundle of **improvements requested by our customers** to speed up day-to-day operations and improve visibility across the app. ## VeriFactu for hotels VeriFactu for hotels with Roomdoo Everything about **mandatory VeriFactu** and how it affects your hotel. Roomdoo is already 100% compliant. Official deadlines after the December 2025 postponement: companies from 01/01/2027 and self-employed from 01/07/2027. See [Scan documents](/en/contacts/scan-documents). ## SES.HOSPEDAJES integration SES.HOSPEDAJES integrated in Roomdoo Integration with **SES.HOSPEDAJES**, the unified Spanish Ministry of the Interior platform for traveller registration. Replaces previous regional systems.
