# Issues with the mobile signature

> An intermittent error that prevented some mobile devices from submitting the check-in signature. Already fixed.

## Current status

There used to be an intermittent error on some mobile models when signing during check-in: the signature was drawn on screen but didn't save to the system.

**This error is now fixed.** The new signature components work with virtually all common mobile models and browsers.

## If it shows up again

If in a specific case the signature still doesn't save, **contact support** with:

* Phone brand and model
* Browser and version
* Booking reference

That helps us spot regressions on specific models.
