# Modifying a proforma invoice

> How to modify a proforma invoice in Roomdoo from the Invoicing tab: edit lines and amounts before issuing the final invoice.

To modify a proforma invoice in Roomdoo, open the **Invoicing** tab — you should see a proforma already created.

Click **Modify** to open the proforma, change the billed services as needed, and then click **Save**.

Once that's done, the proforma is gone and you can create a new one from the **Invoicing** tab.
