# Invoicing: expandable payments, quarter filters and an Excel ready for your accountant
> The invoice list takes a leap: payment state per invoice, expandable payments, filters by quarter and year, more powerful search and a far more complete Excel export for your accountant.
After the [new reservations list](/en/changelog/new-reservations-list), it's **Invoicing**'s turn. Same spirit —filter, export and manage at a glance— but focused on what really matters in an invoice: **the money and its state**.
## See the payment state of every invoice
Each invoice shows its **payment state** right in the list: paid, overdue, reversed… Without opening anything, you know at a glance what's been collected and what hasn't.
## Expand the payments of each invoice
The headline feature: click an invoice and **all its payments expand** —date, method (transfer, card, Booking…), amount and reference—. You get the collection detail of each invoice without leaving the list.
## Filter by quarter, year or whatever you need
The date picker brings **shortcuts by quarter (Q1–Q4) and by year**, plus quick periods. Together with **more powerful search** and filters by invoicing journal or payment method, finding what you need takes seconds. Perfect to reconcile a quarter or prep a closing.
## Export an Excel built for your accountant
Here's the big leap for the accounting side: when you export, the Excel is no longer a plain list of invoices. **It includes the payments list aggregated inside the file**, so your accountant has invoices and payments in one place, with nothing to cross-check by hand. Export to **Excel or PDF**, or print, selecting one page or every invoice in the period.
## And, overall, it runs much better
Beyond what's visible, the list is **faster and more stable**: smoother when filtering, paginating and expanding. We'll keep improving it **step by step**, like the rest of the lists.
